Emails are only accepted from registered users
Emails sent to Eworld and tickets lodged via our help desk will only be accepted if sent from the primary account holder email address. Please ensure when sending EWorld an email that you send it from your 'My Account' email address / help desk login email. An easy way to ensure all tickets are lodged correctly is to login to our secure help desk and submit your ticket.
This ensures all communication regarding an account is sent and received from the primary account holder, required for EWorld to meet the Privacy Act Guidelines in Australia.
This eliminates spam email and increases the time we are able to spend assisting customers.
This ensures that our customer support staff are dealing with legitimate customers.
